There is a guarantee on the products in case they do not match the original.
Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect, such as leakage or a faulty atomizer, and must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging and bottle.

To request an exchange, the issue must be documented by clear photos of the product and sent to our official Instagram or WhatsApp accounts for review and approval.
